Esta beca reconoce a empleados de centros de educación infantil temprana. Los solicitantes deben cursar estudios de grado o posgrado en educación infantil temprana o desarrollo infantil/estudios familiares. Deben trabajar en centros de cuidado infantil temprano/servicios familiares, incluyendo hogares de cuidado infantil familiar. Se da preferencia a personas con cinco o más años de experiencia laboral en el campo. Los beneficiarios deben asistir a universidades acreditadas de Oklahoma (excluyendo centros de tecnología profesional).
